Tri-Band Wi-Fi 7 Desktop Upgrade

The AUTYUE BE6500 adds Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 to a desktop PC through a standard PCI Express slot. It delivers tri-band wireless data rates up to 6500Mbps across 2.4GHz, 5GHz and 6GHz frequencies. The card includes both full-height and low-profile brackets for broad case compatibility. Windows 10 and Windows 11 64-bit systems are supported.

Ideal for Crowded Networks, Not for Non-Windows PCs

This adapter suits gamers and streamers who need Multi-Link Operation to reduce latency on busy networks and want Bluetooth 5.4 for multiple peripherals. Buyers without a Windows 10 or 11 64-bit installation cannot use the driver package. Systems lacking an internal USB 2.0 header will not gain Bluetooth functionality. Users without a Wi-Fi 7 router will not reach the 6GHz band or the peak 6.5Gbps rate.

MT7925 Chipset Decides 6GHz Access

The MediaTek MT7925 chipset enables the 6GHz band and the 2882Mbps per high-band streams that define the BE6500 class. Without this controller the card cannot operate on 6GHz or deliver the quoted tri-band throughput. PCIe x1, x4, x8 or x16 slots all provide sufficient bandwidth for the adapter.

Questions about this item

What does the 6500Mbps figure mean once the card is installed in a desktop?

The 6500Mbps rating is the combined theoretical maximum across the three bands: 2882 Mbps on 6GHz, 2882 Mbps on 5GHz and 688 Mbps on 2.4GHz. Actual throughput depends on a Wi-Fi 7 router, channel width and local interference.

How does the PCI Express interface affect performance?

The card fits any PCIe x1, x4, x8 or x16 slot and uses the MediaTek MT7925 chipset. Bandwidth is limited by the Wi-Fi 7 radio and the router, not by the PCIe lane count.

What physical space and brackets are needed to mount the adapter?

The board measures 4.72" long by 3.15" wide by .5" high. Both full-height and low-profile brackets are included so it fits standard towers and small-form-factor cases.
