Dual-PC KVM with 4K 60 Hz Output

This KVM switch lets one laptop and one desktop share a single monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer and external drives. It supports video up to 4K at 60 Hz and drops back to 4K 30 Hz or 2560 x 1440 at 120 Hz. Switching is done with front-panel buttons or a wired remote. The unit requires a laptop USB-C port that carries Thunderbolt 3 or higher.

Bundled Cables and 100 W Charging

The package includes a 12 V power adapter, one USB-C cable and one USB-A cable for the two host connections. The USB-C upstream port delivers up to 100 W of power, so the connected laptop charges while the switch is active. Three USB-A 3.0 ports and one USB-C 3.0 data port provide peripheral connectivity for both computers.

Four Peripheral Ports and Resolution Limits

Three USB-A 3.0 ports plus one USB-C 3.0 data port give enough bandwidth for keyboard, mouse, printer and high-speed storage on either host. Video bandwidth tops out at 4K 60 Hz, so 4K 120 Hz or higher refresh rates are not supported. The switch handles two computers only; setups needing three or more hosts will require a different solution.

Questions about this item

Will the 12 V power adapter need replacement after extended use?

The 12 V adapter is the primary power source for stable operation with high-power devices; if it fails, a matching 12 V unit restores full function.

Does the 4K 60 Hz video limit or the 100 W charging limit appear first during all-day use?

The HDMI output caps at 4K 60 Hz regardless of load, while the USB-C port delivers up to 100 W; the video ceiling is the fixed limit.

Does the 200 g unit run hot or make noise when powered continuously?

The switch has no fan and draws power from the 12 V adapter, so it operates silently with only minimal warmth during sustained use.
