Avantalk SC-APC Fiber Enclosure 2-Pack

This Avantalk kit provides two DIN-rail mountable enclosures for single-mode fibre distribution. Each unit integrates six SC-APC couplers and pre-installed 1.2 m pigtails on 9/125 µm G.625D fibre with 0.9 mm cable diameter. The cold-rolled steel chassis uses a 1.0 mm plate with corrosion-resistant coating for industrial environments.

Installers needing pre-terminated SC-APC patching

Technicians who want a plug-and-play fibre termination point with factory-fitted pigtails and couplers will save installation time. Buyers requiring LC, MPO or multi-mode interfaces, or enclosures without pre-loaded accessories, should look at other configurations.

Insertion loss below .3 dB per pigtail

The manufacturer specifies that every factory-terminated pigtail in the kit exhibits insertion loss under .3 dB, with low back reflection and high return loss. This figure is the primary indicator of whether the link budget meets your single-mode network requirements.
