Captures 4K@60Hz HDMI video to USB 2.0 with 1080p output, plug-and-play across Windows, Mac, Linux and Android
The AVer RZ692K captures 4K HDMI input at 60 Hz and delivers 1080p output at up to 30 Hz over a USB 2.0 link. It accepts two HDMI sources and two component sources, encoding video as YUV or JPEG. Streamers, teachers and remote workers can record or broadcast gameplay, lessons or conferences without installing drivers on Windows 8 or later, macOS 10.9 or later, Linux or Android.
Verify that your source device provides an HDMI or component output and that your computer has a free USB 2.0 port. The converter draws power from the USB bus so no external supply is needed. Confirm your operating system is Windows 7, 8 or 10, macOS 10.9 or later, Linux or Android; earlier versions are not supported. No HDMI cable is included in the package.
Connect a camera, console or second PC to either HDMI input, then plug the converter into your computer to appear as a standard video device in OBS, Zoom or similar software. The aluminium-alloy housing keeps the unit compact for desk or mobile use. It frees you from installing capture cards inside a chassis while still providing low-latency 1080p recording and streaming from 4K sources.

The RZ692K media converter arrives with the capture unit and a USB 2.0 cable. An HDMI cable is not included, so you will need your own to connect a camera, console or other 4K source.
The device accepts 4K at 60 Hz on its HDMI inputs but outputs a maximum of 1920×1080 at 30 Hz over USB 2.0. Choose 1080p 30 Hz for broad software compatibility or 4K input when you need passthrough to a local display.
It means the RZ692K can ingest a 4K 60 Hz HDMI signal, but the USB 2.0 link limits recorded or streamed footage to 1080p at 30 Hz, so your recording software will receive 1080p even though the source is 4K.
