Portable Audio Adapter

The JIMTAB B1 is a compact Bluetooth 5.1 transmitter and receiver that adds wireless audio to wired speakers, headphones, car stereos and projectors. It draws power from a USB source and includes a built-in microphone for hands-free calls. A 3.5 mm audio cable and a splitter cable are supplied in the box.

Two-Mode Flexibility

In receiver mode it lets phones or tablets stream music to legacy audio gear with full playback control on the device. In transmitter mode it sends sound from a TV, projector or laptop to Bluetooth headphones or speakers. Buyers who need aptX HD, LDAC or multipoint pairing will not find those features here.

Build Integration

The adapter connects through a standard 3.5 mm jack and charges over USB, so it fits into any setup with an auxiliary input or output. Its 15 metre wireless range covers multiple rooms without cables. The package includes a charging cable and a dual-head audio cable for immediate use.

Questions about this item

What audio outputs do I need on my TV or projector to connect the B1 in transmitter mode?

The B1 includes a 3.5 mm audio cable and a 1‑to‑2 splitter, so any device with a 3.5 mm headphone jack or dual RCA outputs can feed audio to the transmitter.

Will the B1’s Bluetooth 5.1 connection remain stable if I keep my existing wired speakers across the room?

The adapter is rated for a stable wireless range of 15 metres or 49 feet, covering roughly two to three rooms or several floors in typical home layouts.

How can I confirm the B1 is powered and paired correctly after setup?

A steady LED indicator shows the unit is on and paired; pressing the play/pause button on the adapter should immediately start or stop audio on the connected Bluetooth headphones or speaker.
