Wired and wireless speakerphone

The AVer FONE700 is a conference-room speakerphone that connects through USB or Bluetooth. It uses an omni-directional microphone to capture voices from every direction around the table. Echo cancellation and noise reduction keep speech clear during calls.

For huddle rooms needing flexible connectivity

Teams that want a single device for USB and Bluetooth meetings will find this unit suitable. Buyers who need more than 11.48 ft of pickup range should look at a different solution. Installations requiring ceiling-mounted microphones are not served by this desktop form factor.

11.48 ft microphone pickup range

The omni-directional microphone reaches 11.48 ft to cover everyone seated around a small table. This distance decides whether the speakerphone fits your room size. Verify your seating layout against that figure before purchasing.

Questions about this item

Will the rechargeable battery inside the COMFON700 need replacing after heavy daily use?

The speakerphone draws power over USB when wired, so the internal battery only cycles during Bluetooth sessions, extending its service life.

Does the 11.48 ft microphone pickup hold up in a reverberant conference room?

Echo cancellation and noise reduction keep voice capture clear at the full 11.48 ft range even with hard surfaces reflecting sound.

How warm does the FONE700 get and how loud is its fan when it runs all day?

The unit has no fan and stays cool to the touch because it consumes only the low power supplied by the USB connection.
