Preprinted Legal Tab Dividers

Avery 12399 tab dividers come in a 25-pack of Exhibit Z letter tabs. Rip Proof™ reinforced tabs are printed on both sides with Helvetica bold type for clear identification. Unpunched sheets allow flexible binding in any legal filing system. Designed for law offices and professionals who need durable exhibit organisation.

Replaces Worn or Handwritten Tabs

Upgrade from damaged or hand-labelled dividers when tabs tear or lettering becomes illegible. Reinforced construction resists ripping during frequent reference. The jump is worth it when case files demand consistent, professional exhibit markers that survive heavy handling.

Sustained Filing Performance

Reinforced tabs maintain legibility and attachment strength through repeated daily access. Double-sided printing stays readable without fading or wear. Unpunched format prevents binding stress that tears standard punched tabs over time.

Questions about this item

Will the unpunched tabs fit a standard three-ring binder?

The dividers are sold unpunched so you can align holes to any binder spacing; punch them yourself to match your ring configuration.

What is the correct way to add these exhibit dividers to a bound file?

Punch the holes first, then insert the tabs in exhibit order; the common mistake is binding before punching, which locks the wrong sequence in place.

How often will the reinforced tabs need replacing under normal office use?

Rip Proof™ reinforcement is designed for repeated handling; the tabs typically last through the life of the file without tearing.
