Printable Self-Adhesive Plastic Tabs

These Avery 16283 tabs create custom dividers for three-ring binders by adhering directly to any standard paper size. The pack contains 80 assorted-color tabs suitable for organizing reports, manuals, catalogs or personal planners. Users can write on both sides or print text using laser or inkjet printers with templates from the Avery website.

Repositionable Adhesive Application

The special adhesive allows tabs to be repositioned during initial placement before bonding permanently over time for secure attachment. Each tab adheres to the page edge or fits into hanging file folder slots without extra hardware. Installation requires only peeling and sticking, though alignment on thin paper may need care to avoid tearing when repositioning.

Laser and Inkjet Print Compatibility

Tabs accept toner and ink from standard office printers for typed labels on front and back surfaces. The plastic construction resists smudging during handling, but the product does not support thermal or dot-matrix printing methods. Buyers needing tabs larger than 1-3/4 inches or specialized adhesive for archival documents should seek alternative products.
