Product identity and intended user

The Avery 17031 is a 2-inch ring binder designed for organising large volumes of paperwork. It suits students, office workers and anyone needing a single sturdy folder for reports, recipes or trading-card collections.

Build quality and daily handling

The cover uses deep-weave polypropylene with a tear-resistant DuraHinge spine and flexible DuraEdge edges that resist splitting. Back-mounted rings let pages lie flat, while two interior non-stick pockets hold loose sheets without lifting ink.

Thermal noise and power profile

As a passive office accessory the binder generates no heat, emits no sound and draws no power. Its 2.8-inch spine and 2-inch slant rings accommodate up to 530 sheets of 8.5 by 11 paper without mechanical strain.

How much shelf depth does the 2.8 inch spine require?

The 2.8 inch spine depth determines the shelf space needed; allow at least that much clearance.

How do I load pages onto the slant rings without misaligning them?

Open the EZ-Turn slant rings fully, place holes over the posts, then snap rings shut so pages lie flat on the back-mounted rings.
