Essential Office Binder

The Avery 5705 Economy Vinyl Round Ring View Binder provides a lightweight solution for organizing documents. Its one-half inch capacity suits light-use filing needs in home, school, or office settings. Crystal-clear overlays on the front cover, back cover, and spine allow full customization. Textured surfaces help hide marks from regular handling.

Ideal For Light Filing

This binder suits students and professionals managing smaller projects or temporary paperwork. Two interior pockets add convenient storage for loose sheets and unpunched items. Buyers needing to archive large volumes or heavy reference manuals should consider larger capacities. The slim profile does not accommodate high page counts or frequent heavy-duty use.

Half Inch Ring Capacity

The metal non-locking round rings measure one-half inch and hold pages securely while allowing them to lie flat. This specific ring size determines exactly how much paper the binder can manage. Verify your typical document volume matches this capacity before purchasing.

Questions about this item

What paper size does the Avery 5705 binder accept?

The binder uses standard round rings sized for 1/2" capacity, designed to hold letter-size sheets punched for three-ring systems.

Can I use existing punched documents with the metal round rings?

Yes, the non-locking round rings open and close smoothly to secure standard three-hole punched pages without damaging the holes.

How do I confirm the cover overlay is seated correctly after inserting my design?

The crystal-clear overlay should lie flat across the front, back and spine with no air bubbles, and the customised insert should be fully visible through the textured cover.
