2-Inch Economy Vinyl Binder

The Avery 5730 is a lightweight ring binder designed for light everyday filing in offices, schools or homes. Its slim profile makes it easy to carry between meetings or store on crowded shelves. The clear overlay on the front, back and spine lets you insert custom title pages for quick identification. Two interior pockets add space for loose sheets that are not yet hole-punched.

Vinyl Cover and Round Ring Performance

The textured vinyl exterior resists surface scratches from normal handling and keeps the binder looking clean over time. Metal non-locking round rings open and close smoothly, holding pages flat against the back cover without bunching. Because the rings are standard round style, pages turn freely and the binder lies flat when open on a desk.

Customisable Overlays and Interior Pockets

Crystal-clear overlays on the cover and spine accept printed inserts so you can personalise the binder for specific projects or subjects. The two inside pockets provide instant storage for handouts, business cards or notes that do not need to be punched. Together these features keep documents organised and accessible without adding bulk.

Questions about this item

How do I insert a custom cover into the clear overlay on the Avery 5730 binder?

Slide your printed sheet into the crystal-clear overlay on the front cover, back cover, and spine; the textured surface hides minor scratches from handling.

What part of the Avery 5730 binder is most likely to need replacement after extended use?

The metal nonlocking round rings may loosen or misalign over time, and the interior pockets can tear if overloaded with heavy documents.

What capacity limit will I hit first when using the Avery 5730 binder daily?

The 2" round-ring capacity restricts how many pages lie flat without bunching, and the two inside pockets are only suited for light, loose sheets.
