100 Badge Holders for Events

Avery 74461 badge holders come in a box of one hundred white inserts sized 3 1/2 by 2 1/4 inches. The top-load pocket design accepts micro-perforated sheets that print on both sides and separate with smooth edges. Free Avery templates let users add text and graphics using standard laser or inkjet printers.

Who Should Use These

Organisers of conferences, schools or offices that need quick, professional identification badges will find the printable inserts and open-top loading convenient. Buyers who require a sealed or zippered enclosure for outdoor use, or who need a different badge dimension, should look at alternative styles.

Clip-Style Attachment

Each holder uses a clip-style fastener to secure the printed insert to clothing without a separate lanyard or pin. The clip is integrated into the pocket so no additional mounting hardware is needed.

Questions about this item

How often will the top-load pockets need replacing with daily use?

The open-top pocket design is made for repeated insertion and removal; replace individual holders when the clear vinyl shows cracks or the clip no longer grips securely.

What stops me printing more badges once the inserts run out?

Each box contains 100 micro-perforated inserts; after those are used you must buy refill sheets to continue printing.

Do the white inserts warp or jam the printer during long print runs?

The inserts are rated for both laser and inkjet printers and separate cleanly after printing, so they feed reliably even in extended sessions.
