Clear vinyl envelopes for document storage

These clear vinyl envelopes measure 9 x 12 inches and hold up to 60 sheets of standard letter paper. The pack contains 10 heavyweight envelopes sealed on three sides to keep contents secure. A top-loading notch makes it easy to insert or remove documents. The transparent material lets you identify contents at a glance.

Suited for protecting passports and loose papers

Travellers and organisers who need to shield passports, tickets or loose sheets from water damage and tearing will find these useful. The envelopes are not designed for binders with ring mechanisms since they lack punched edges. Buyers who want ring-binder compatibility should look at a different style of sheet protector.

Three-side seal with top-loading notch

Each envelope is sealed on three sides to prevent papers from sliding out during transport. The open top edge includes a notch for easier loading and removal of up to 60 sheets. This closure style is the key specification that determines whether the envelope fits your filing or travel workflow.

Questions about this item

Does the 10 pack include any extra accessories or do I need to buy a binder separately?

The pack contains 10 clear vinyl envelopes only; a binder is not included and must be purchased separately if required.

Should I choose the 9 x 12 size or the 4 x 6 size for holding up to 60 sheets of 8 1/2 x 11 paper?

The 9 x 12 envelopes hold up to 60 sheets of 8 1/2 x 11 paper, while the 4 x 6 size is intended for passports and smaller items.

Will the 60 sheet capacity still work if I use heavier cardstock instead of standard paper?

The 60 sheet rating is based on standard 8 1/2 x 11 sheets; heavier cardstock will reduce the number of sheets each envelope can hold.
