Secure Document Storage

These Avery 74806 top-load clear vinyl envelopes protect passports, tickets and other loose items from tearing and water damage. The crystal clear heavyweight vinyl lets you view contents at a glance while keeping them safe during travel or storage. A convenient thumb notch at the top aids quick loading and removal of inserts. Each envelope is sealed on three sides for added security.

Durable Vinyl Construction

The heavyweight vinyl material resists tearing and shields documents against moisture and everyday handling. With a sheet capacity of 30, each envelope holds multiple items without bulging or stress on the seams. The top-load orientation keeps contents from sliding out during transport. Vinyl material may lift print from certain documents, so test before long-term storage.

Ready-to-Use 10 Pack

The pack contains 10 envelopes sized for 4 x 6 inserts, ideal for organising photos, receipts or travel documents. No assembly or additional accessories are required — simply load and go. The envelopes work equally well in binders, drawers or carry-on bags. Buyers needing larger 9 x 12 formats or higher page capacities will need a different product.

Questions about this item

How do I load documents into the top-load Avery 74806 envelopes without catching the thumb notch?

Hold the envelope with the notch facing up, align the 4 x 6 insert, and slide it straight down; the notch is a guide, not an opening, so pushing at an angle can crease the vinyl.

Will the heavyweight vinyl on these Avery 74806 envelopes need replacing due to print lift or clouding?

The vinyl may lift toner or ink over time, so replace an envelope when the window clouds or the seal edges split; the material itself does not degrade under normal storage.

At what page count does the 30-sheet capacity limit start to stress the three sealed sides of the Avery 74806?

The envelope is rated for 30 sheets; exceeding that puts tension on the welded seams and can cause the top notch to tear during insertion or removal.
