Clear Sheet Protectors for Documents

Avery 75540 protectors are standard-weight, top-loading sleeves that measure 8.50" x 11" and come in a pack of 10. They are acid-free and archival safe so they will not lift ink off printed pages. The diamond-clear material keeps text and images easy to read.

Teachers and Archivists Seeking Basic Protection

Educators who need a small supply of clear sleeves for handouts or reference sheets will find the 10-count poly bag convenient. Collectors storing documents long-term benefit from the acid-free, non-stick surface. Buyers who want more storage or heavier gauge material should look at something else.

Top-Loading Design With No Punching Required

Inserts slide in from the top so there is no need to punch holes in your papers. The clear finish stays transparent over time and protects pages without damaging toner or ink. This loading style decides whether the protector fits your workflow.

Questions about this item

How do I load documents into the top-loading 8.50" x 11" sheet protectors without punching holes?

Slide each page into the open top edge of the protector; the design holds standard letter-size sheets securely without any punching required.

Will the clear Avery 75540 protectors need replacement due to yellowing or ink transfer over time?

The acid-free, archival-safe material resists yellowing and will not lift ink off inserted documents, so replacement for those reasons is unlikely.

What is the first limitation I will hit when using all 10 protectors continuously in a binder?

The pack contains only 10 sheet protectors, so capacity runs out once every sleeve is filled with an 8.50" x 11" page.
