2-Inch Heavy-Duty View Binder

The Avery 79692 binder provides 2-inch capacity for organising large document collections in office or educational settings. Its nonstick, archival-safe covers protect printed pages from ink or toner transfer during long-term storage. The heavy-duty construction suits users who need a durable ring binder for frequent reference and daily handling.

One Touch Ring Mechanism

The One Touch ring system lets you open, close and lock the binder with a single action, reducing the effort required during repeated access. Gap-free ring alignment keeps pages flat and prevents snagging when turning large stacks. A locking mechanism holds the rings shut securely when the binder is transported or stacked on shelves.

Extra-Wide Cover Design

Extra-wide front and back covers accommodate top-loading sheet protectors and wide dividers without edge overhang. The clear overlay on the cover and spine allows custom title inserts for quick identification. Internal stacked pockets provide additional storage for loose sheets or unpunched documents.

Questions about this item

Does the 2" capacity binder stay cool and quiet when left open on a desk all day?

The Avery 79692 is a passive office binder with no moving parts, fans or electronics, so it produces no heat and makes no noise during continuous use.

What ring mechanism must I already have for the One Touch EZD rings to function?

The One Touch EZD rings are built into the binder itself; no separate ring mechanism or accessory is required to open, close or lock them.

Will my existing standard-width dividers and sheet protectors fit the extra-wide cover of the 79692?

The extra-wide cover is designed for top-loading sheet protectors and extra-wide dividers; standard-width inserts may leave a gap at the outer edge.
