Heavy-duty binder for 275 sheets

This Avery 79699 binder holds approximately 275 letter-size sheets using EZD rings that provide higher capacity than same-size slant or round rings. The One Touch mechanism opens, closes and locks the rings with a single action. Four interior pockets each hold up to 20 sheets for loose paper organisation. Clear overlays on the front, spine and back allow customisation.

Simple ring operation and pocket loading

The One Touch EZD rings open and close easily, and the gap-free design prevents ring misalignment during use. Back-mounted metal rings keep pages lying flat when the binder is open. Interior pockets accept top-loading sheet protectors and extra-wide dividers without trimming. Nonstick, PVC-free poly material will not lift ink or toner from printed pages.

Capacity and format limits

Ring capacity is fixed at approximately 275 sheets, so users needing more storage must use multiple binders. The binder fits standard letter-size pages only; larger formats will not fit. Interior pockets are limited to 20 sheets each. The chipboard core and exposed rivets provide rigidity but the binder is not waterproof or fire-rated.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the One Touch EZD rings are locking correctly after I load pages?

Open the rings with the One Touch trigger, insert your sheets, then press the rings together until they click; the gap-free design keeps them aligned so letter-size pages lie flat on the back-mounted metal rings.

What comes inside the binder and what must I purchase separately?

The binder includes four clear interior pockets that each hold up to 20 sheets and crystal-clear poly overlays on the front, spine and back; sheet protectors and dividers are not included.

Which ring size should I select for about 275 letter-size sheets?

The 1" EZD rings are rated for approximately 275 sheets and provide higher capacity than same-size slant or round rings.
