Heavy-Duty Vinyl EZD Ring Binder

The Avery 79993 is a heavy-duty binder built for extended use. It suits offices, schools or home filing systems that need reliable daily performance. The black vinyl cover resists tearing during frequent handling.

One Touch and Gap Free Features

The One Touch mechanism opens, closes and locks the rings in a single step for fast access. The Gap Free design prevents ring misalignment so pages turn smoothly without snagging. The locking EZD rings provide up to 50% more capacity than the same size round rings.

Simple Setup with Label Holder

No tools are required; just press the One Touch button to open the rings and load your documents. The integrated label holder on the spine keeps contents identifiable on the shelf. The only common issue is overfilling beyond the 3" limit, which can strain the hinge.

Questions about this item

Will the EZD ring mechanism need lubrication or replacement after heavy use?

The One Touch mechanism opens, closes and locks in one step, and the Gap Free design prevents ring misalignment so pages keep turning smoothly without extra maintenance.

What stops me from adding more sheets once the binder is full?

The locking EZD rings hold up to 50 percent more capacity than the same size round rings, so the 3-inch spine is the practical limit.

Does the vinyl cover get hot or sticky if the binder sits in sunlight all day?

The tear-resistant DuraHinge vinyl is built for extended use and resists tearing, but no temperature or surface-feel ratings are published for prolonged sun exposure.
