Avery TrueBlock Shipping Labels 3.5" x 5

Avery 8168 labels use proprietary Sure Feed technology to prevent misalignments and jams during printing. TrueBlock technology completely covers existing markings underneath for a professional appearance. Each pack contains 25 sheets with four labels per sheet for a total of 100 labels.

Who these suit and who they don't

These labels suit anyone shipping high volumes with an inkjet printer who needs jam-free feeding and opaque coverage on reused boxes. Buyers who want more than 100 labels per pack or need a larger format for oversized parcels should look at something else.

Deciding specification: inkjet optimisation

These labels are optimised specifically for inkjet printers and will not perform reliably in laser devices. Verify that your printer uses inkjet technology before purchasing this pack.

Questions about this item

Will the permanent adhesive on the 3.5" x 5" labels lose stickiness over time?

The permanent adhesive is designed to hold securely on boxes and mailing tubes for the life of the shipment; no re-application is expected once the 100 labels are used.

What causes a jam first when printing large batches on an inkjet printer?

Sure Feed technology aligns each of the 25 sheets to prevent misfeeds, so paper-path friction is the first limit rather than label alignment.

Do the labels curl or smudge after a full day of continuous inkjet printing?

The bright white surface is smudge-free and the sheets stay flat through extended print runs, so heat and ink saturation do not cause curling.
