Check Medium Compatibility

Verify that your chosen paints are water-based or oil-based, as the brushes handle both types. Confirm the case dimensions suit your storage space and that the wooden handles meet any grip-size preference you have before ordering.

Questions about this item

What comes inside the Avery Benicci 16-piece set and do I need to buy a case or palette knife separately?

The set includes 16 nylon brushes in flat, round, liner, filbert, glaze, angle and fan shapes, plus a spatula palette knife, a sponge and an organizing case that doubles as a pop-up stand. Nothing extra is required for those items.

How do the 16, 10, 12 and 40 pack versions differ in brush count and included accessories?

The 16-piece version supplies 16 premium nylon brushes with a case, palette knife and sponge. The 10 and 12 packs offer fewer brushes and the table marks their extra items with question marks. The 40-piece set uses nylon, horse and hog bristle hair and includes a cloth roll instead of the hard case.

What does the 0.01 ounce weight tell me about how the brushes feel in hand during a painting session?

At 0.01 ounces the complete kit is extremely light, so the wooden handles and ferrules add minimal fatigue during long sessions and the case adds no noticeable bulk when carried in a bag or backpack.
