Product and audience

Avery medium parchment paper comes in a pack of 46 precut sheets measuring 12 by 16 inches. The 45gsm weight makes it heavier than standard 35gsm or 40gsm options. It suits home bakers and crafters who want a ready-to-use non-stick surface for cookies, cupcakes or scrapbooking projects.

Bundled accessories and software

The roll packaging keeps sheets flat and prevents curled edges. Each sheet carries a printed 2.36 inch square grid that acts as a spacing guide for even dough placement. No extra tools, templates or digital downloads are included; the grid itself is the only measuring aid supplied.

Installation and common issues

Sheets pull straight from the roll and lay flat on half-sheet pans without trimming. The silicone coating on both sides releases food cleanly, though very sticky batters may still need a light grease. Temperature limits run from minus 68 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, so exceeding that range in broilers or direct flame will damage the paper.

Questions about this item

Does the 45 gsm parchment paper degrade and need replacing after repeated baking cycles?

Each 12x16 inch sheet is designed for single use; the 46-sheet pack provides 46 baking sessions before a new pack is required.

Will the silicone coating break down first when the paper is used at the 450 °F upper limit?

The food-grade silicone coating is rated to 450 °F, so the paper structure remains stable up to that temperature.

Does the 45 gsm weight trap more heat or create smoke during all-day air-fryer use?

At 45 gsm the paper is only 12 % thicker than 35-40 gsm sheets and stays non-stick from -68 °F to 450 °F without extra smoke.
