1000 Waxed Patty Papers

This pack contains 1000 individual sheets sized 5 in by 4.75 in. Each sheet is made from professional-quality waxed paper with a natural pink tone. The product is sold new in a single roll format for easy dispensing. It suits commercial kitchens, butcher counters, delis and home freezer organisation.

Non-Stick Separation Under Cold Storage

The wax coating prevents raw or cooked patties from bonding together during freezing or refrigeration. Sheets release cleanly when pulled apart, reducing product waste and keeping portions intact. The barrier also limits moisture transfer between stacked items. Performance stays consistent across the full 1000-sheet supply.

Verify Sheet Dimensions Before Buying

Confirm that 5 by 4.75 inches matches the patty diameter or tray size you use. The 0.1 in thickness adds minimal bulk to stacked portions. Ensure your storage area can accommodate a roll of 1000 sheets. No dispenser is included, so plan for a holder or counter space.

Questions about this item

Does the waxed paper release any fumes or heat when left near a grill all day?

The sheets are plain waxed paper with no coating that off-gasses, so they add no heat or odour during extended grill-side use.

What equipment must I already have to use these 5 x 4.75 in sheets?

Only a flat surface or tray large enough to hold the 5 x 4.75 in squares; no dispenser or cutter is required.

Will the .1 in thickness work with the vintage patty press I already own?

At .1 in thick each sheet separates cleanly in standard presses without jamming or tearing.
