Intel Core Ultra 9 285K workstation

The AVGPC WS-285K_B70_V1001 is a new Windows 11 Pro workstation built around a 24-core Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor with a maximum boost frequency of 5.7GHz. It includes 32GB of DDR5 6000MHz memory and a 2TB M.2 solid-state drive. A 360mm AIO liquid cooler and a 1000W power supply complete the platform.

For AI development and professional rendering

This system suits developers and creators who need the 32GB VRAM of the ASRock Intel ARC PRO B70 Creator graphics card on a 256-bit memory bus. Buyers who require ECC memory, multi-GPU scaling or a certified ISV software stack should evaluate alternative platforms. The single GPU configuration also limits throughput for large-scale cluster training workloads.

32GB VRAM on the ARC PRO B70 Creator card

The graphics card provides 32GB of video memory across a 256-bit interface, which determines whether large models or high-resolution assets fit entirely in local frame buffer. If your workflow demands more VRAM capacity or a different GPU architecture, this workstation will not meet that requirement.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K is hitting its 5.7 GHz boost after assembly?

Open Task Manager's Performance tab and watch the CPU frequency while running a heavy single-thread load; it should reach 5.7 GHz on at least one of the 24 cores.

What ships inside the WS-285K_B70_V1001 box and what must I add myself?

The system arrives fully assembled with the ASRock Z890 Taichi Lite motherboard, 32 GB DDR5 6000MHz RAM, 2 TB M.2 SSD, ASRock Intel ARC PRO B70 Creator graphics with 32 GB VRAM, 360 mm AIO cooler, 1000 W PSU and Windows 11 Pro — only a monitor, keyboard and mouse are needed.

Which configuration suits a 3D rendering pipeline that needs large VRAM?

Choose this WS-285K_B70_V1001 build because the ARC PRO B70 Creator card provides 32 GB VRAM on a 256-bit bus, matching the 32 GB system memory for large scene handling.
