Controls four PS/2 computers from one keyboard, mouse and DVI-I monitor at up to 1920 x 1200 resolution
This analog KVM switch lets one operator control four PS/2 computers from a single keyboard, mouse and DVI-I monitor. It is built for desktop environments where space is limited and multiple legacy systems must be managed without software agents or network configuration.
The unit draws 60 W from a 100-240 VAC supply at 50-60 Hz and has no internal fans, so it runs silently on a desk or shelf. With no moving parts, heat output remains low during continuous use across all four connected computers.
Included cables terminate in 6-pin Mini-DIN PS/2 connectors for keyboard and mouse on each computer port, plus DVI-I video links that carry VGA through UXGA and wide-format resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 at 60 Hz. No additional adapters are required to connect standard PS/2 peripherals and analog displays.

Plug each computer into one of the four 6-pin Mini-DIN ports using a combined PS/2 keyboard, mouse and DVI-I cable, then attach the console keyboard, mouse and monitor to the single user ports; the step most often missed is powering the unit from a 100-240 VAC source before switching ports.
The switch has no user-serviceable parts; only the external PS/2 and DVI-I cables may wear and require replacement, while the desktop chassis and internal electronics are maintenance-free.
The video path supports up to 1920 x 1200 at 60 Hz, so that resolution ceiling is reached before any refresh-rate or bandwidth constraint appears.
