Avocent 18.5-Inch Rack LCD KVM

The Avocent LRA185KMM-001 is a 1U rack-mount console that combines an 18.5-inch LCD with an integrated keyboard and touchpad. It provides local access to connected servers through a single USB KVM port. The unit draws 40 watts from a 90 to 264 volt AC supply.

Replaces Separate Monitor And Keyboard

This console replaces a standalone rack monitor, keyboard tray and separate KVM switch in one sliding assembly. The jump is worthwhile when rack space is at a premium and operators need immediate, at-the-rack control without deploying a crash cart or remote session.

Limited To 1366 By 768 Resolution

The panel’s native resolution is 1366 by 768 at 60 Hz with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Higher-resolution server output will be scaled or cropped, so detailed GUI work or multi-window layouts may lose clarity. Brightness is 250 cd/m² and contrast is 1000:1, which suits typical server-room lighting but not high-ambient environments.
