A 16 GB DDR3 registered ECC DIMM running at 1333 MHz and 1.35 V for compatible systems
This Axiom module is a 16 GB DDR3 registered ECC DIMM built for servers and workstations that require error-correcting memory. It operates at 1333 MHz with a low 1.35 V supply and conforms to the PC3-10600 standard. The dual-rank design fits standard DIMM slots in qualified platforms.
The registered ECC signal processing is the specification that determines compatibility; only systems designed for registered ECC DDR3 DIMMs can use this module. Unbuffered or non-ECC platforms will not accept it. Verify the motherboard or server documentation before purchase.
Sixteen gigabytes per module provides substantial headroom for virtualisation, database caching and large dataset processing in compatible systems. Capacity limits are reached when the platform's maximum supported memory per slot or total populated slots is exceeded, or when application demand surpasses the installed amount.

The module delivers 16 GB of DDR3 capacity at 1333 MHz with ECC and registered signal processing, giving the memory controller corrected data and reduced electrical load per DIMM slot.
PC3-10600 defines the DDR3-1333 data rate; the memory bus will not exceed that frequency, so peak bandwidth is set by the 1333 MHz clock and the 64-bit DIMM width.
At 157.5 mil (approximately 4 mm) the module matches the standard DIMM card thickness, so it seats in any DDR3 DIMM socket keyed for registered ECC memory.
