Multimode OM4 Duplex Fibre Cable 60m

This 60 metre aqua cable uses 50/125 multimode OM4 fibre terminated with LC male connectors at both ends. It provides a duplex link for high-bandwidth multimode networks across data centres or campus LANs.

Suits OM4 multimode links; not for single-mode runs

Installers needing OM4 multimode performance over 60 metres will use this cable. Buyers who require single-mode fibre, a different connector type or a shorter length must choose another product.

OM4 50/125 multimode rating decides fit

The OM4 50/125 multimode specification determines whether the cable matches the network design. Verify that your transceivers and link budget are rated for OM4 multimode before purchasing.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 60 m OM4 duplex cable or a different length for my rack-to-rack run?

The 60 m aqua-jacketed duplex cable covers runs up to 196.850 ft; select a shorter or longer OM4 assembly only if the physical distance differs.

What does the OM4 50/125 rating mean for bandwidth in my network?

OM4 50/125 µm multimode fibre supports high-speed Ethernet and Fibre Channel distances defined by the OM4 standard for 50/125 µm core/cladding.

Will the LC/LC duplex connectors work with my SFP+ or QSFP+ transceivers?

Dual LC male connectors plug directly into standard LC transceiver ports on switches, servers and storage arrays.
