Ultra-compact 4K dome sensor

The Axis F4108 is an ultra-compact indoor dome sensor delivering outstanding 4K resolution. It connects to compatible AXIS F main units via a detachable cable. The small form factor allows discreet placement in retail, banking and similar environments.

Suits discreet indoor surveillance needing wide

This sensor suits installations requiring high-detail 4K footage and a 110° horizontal field of view for wide-area monitoring. The repaintable cover helps it blend into any ceiling. It is not for buyers needing a standalone camera, external mounting or operation without a main unit.

30 metre detachable cable separation

The sensor connects to its main unit with a cable that can span up to 30 m, allowing the two parts to be placed separately. This distance constraint decides whether the sensor reaches the intended mounting location from the main unit position.

Questions about this item

How is the F4108 sensor unit connected to the main unit and what is the maximum cable length?

The cover can be repainted in any colour to match the surroundings, so future touch-ups or colour changes are the only maintenance the cover itself will need.

What is the horizontal field of view that limits wide-area coverage?

The sensor provides a 110-degree horizontal field of view, or 107 degrees depending on the specification, which defines the widest scene it can capture in a single view.
