Product scope

The AZEN M-20P cord cover kit supplies 315 inches of paintable channel in 20 pieces, each measuring 14.5 inches long with a .96 inch inner width and .57 inch inner height. It is designed for homeowners or renters who want to hide unsightly wires on smooth walls without drilling. The self-adhesive backing suits temporary or semi-permanent installations where screw holes are not allowed.

Sustained performance

The channel material carries a UL94 V-0 flame-retardant rating, meaning it resists ignition and self-extinguishes under prolonged exposure to heat from bundled cables. Strong adhesive tape holds each section in place over time, provided the wall surface is smooth and non-textured. The rigid plastic construction maintains its shape and does not sag when fully loaded with multiple cords.

Deciding specification

The inner cross-section of .96 by .57 inches sets the maximum bundle thickness the kit can conceal. Buyers who need to route thicker cable groups or conduit will find the channel too narrow. No other dimension or feature overrides this capacity limit.
