Product Purpose & User

Bagcraft Papercon grease-resistant sandwich bags serve commercial food-service operations that need single-serve packaging for hot and cold items. The wax-coated paper resists stains from sauces and oils while the undercut opening lets customers eat directly from the bag.

Who Should Choose These

High-volume delis, cafeterias and catering services benefit from the 2M bulk count and compost-approved material. Operations that require labelled bags, handled carriers or a fully sealed closure should look at alternative packaging styles.

Deciding Specification

Each bag measures 6.5 inches wide by 8 inches high with a 1 inch gusset, defining the maximum sandwich size it can hold. The open-face design and single-serve dimensions determine whether the product matches your portion requirements.

Questions about this item

How do you load these 6.5" grease-resistant bags into a dispenser without the undercut opening jamming?

Feed the bag stack so the wider face sits flat against the guide rails; the undercut lip must face forward or it catches on the feeder lip and misfeeds.

When does the wax coating lose its grease resistance during a busy lunch shift?

The coating holds up through a single hot or cold sandwich service; replace the bag once it feels damp or shows dark spots, as the wax cannot be refreshed.

At what point does the 1" gusset limit how much filling the bag can hold?

The 1" depth restricts bulky items — thick paninis or stacked ingredients will split the sides before the 8" height is fully used.
