VESA-certified DisplayPort 1.4 cable delivers 32.4 Gbps bandwidth for 8K at 60 Hz, 4K at 144 Hz and 2K at 165 Hz with HBR3 and DSC 1.2 support
The Bailink DisplayPort 1.4 cable carries 32.4 Gbps over a 6.6 ft link. It connects a graphics card or laptop to a monitor that accepts a DisplayPort input. VESA certification confirms compliance with the 1.4 specification and backward compatibility with 1.2, 1.1a, 1.1 and 1.0. Buyers who need a longer run or a different connector type will not be served by this fixed-length, dual-DisplayPort design.
Triple shielding and 28 AWG tinned copper conductors protect the HBR3 signal across four lanes. Gold-plated connectors resist oxidation and maintain low contact resistance. The non-locking buckle releases without stressing the port. No active electronics are present, so the cable draws no power and adds no heat or noise to the system.
The double nylon braided jacket resists abrasion and kinking during routing behind desks or through cable-management channels. Supported formats include 8K at 60 Hz, 4K at 144 Hz and 1080p at 280 Hz with HDR, FreeSync and G-Sync variable refresh. Audio passes through uncompressed at 7.1, 5.1 or 2.0 channels. The cable works with current AMD and NVIDIA GPUs and DisplayPort-equipped monitors and TVs listed in the compatibility data.

Plug each end firmly into the DisplayPort sockets on the graphics card and monitor until the non‑locking buckle clicks; the common mistake is not seating the connector fully, which can cause a black screen or flicker at 8K 60 Hz.
No scheduled maintenance is required; inspect the 24K gold‑plated connectors and nylon braid occasionally for dust or kinks, and replace the cable only if the 8K 60 Hz signal becomes unstable.
The 32.4 Gbps HBR3 bandwidth ceiling is the first hard limit; running 4K 144 Hz with 16‑bit deep colour and DSC 1.2 uses most of that headroom, so longer runs or extra adapters may hit the cap first.
