Round parchment sheets for sourdough

This pack contains fifty unbleached parchment rounds measuring 8.67 inches across, each fitted with 7.1-inch heat-proof handles. The paper is rated for 450-degree Dutch ovens and air fryers, letting bakers lift heavy artisan loaves without burnt fingers or torn liners.

Bakers who want a handled sling

The extended handles suit sourdough and high-hydration doughs that need a steady transfer into a hot pot. Cooks who only line flat trays or muffin tins will find the round shape and long tabs unnecessary.

50-count pack with 22.25-inch total length

Each sheet runs 22.25 inches end-to-end including handles, giving enough overlap to cradle large boules. Buyers needing a different diameter or a handle-free liner should choose another format.
