Baking Sheets for Home Cooks

Baker's Signature supplies 220 pre-cut parchment sheets measuring 12 by 16 inches. The unbleached wood-pulp paper carries a food-grade silicone coating that is non-toxic and safe for direct contact with bread, pastries, cookies and cakes. Home bakers and families can lift each sheet from the box without tearing or curling.

Heat Resistance and Clean-Up

Each sheet withstands oven temperatures up to 450°F without burning or sticking. The greaseproof surface releases food cleanly so no oil spray or extra scrubbing is required. Sheets are also microwave-safe and freezer-safe, letting you move the same liner from cold storage to reheating without waste.

Pack Count Decides Value

The box contains exactly 220 individual sheets weighing 1.08 kilograms in total. Buyers who need a smaller quantity for occasional use will find this count excessive, while high-volume bakers gain a long-lasting supply that eliminates frequent re-ordering.

Questions about this item

How do I place the 12 x 16 inch sheets on a half-sheet pan without curling?

Lay each precut sheet flat on the pan; the unbleached wood-pulp stock with silicone coating is designed to stay flat and will not curl during baking.

When will I need to replace the parchment sheets?

Each sheet is single-use; with 220 sheets in the box you replace one after every bake or food-wrap task.

What is the highest oven temperature these sheets can handle continuously?

The silicone-coated wood-pulp paper is rated to 450 °F, so sustained heat above that temperature is the first limit you will reach.
