Ready-to-Bake Parchment Sheets

Baker's Signature supplies 120 pre-cut sheets measuring 12 by 16 inches. The unbleached brown paper is coated with silicone so food releases without added oil. Each sheet withstands oven temperatures up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and fits standard half-sheet trays.

Flat Storage Prevents Curling

Sheets arrive in a rigid box measuring 17.5 by 13 by 0.5 inches, keeping them flat and ready to use. No folding or trimming is required, so the paper lays straight on the tray without springing up at the edges. The silicone coating resists tearing when lifting sticky doughs or baked goods.

Home Bakers Who Want Convenience

Suits cooks who bake cookies, breads, pastries or roast vegetables regularly and value grab-and-go sheets. Not intended for buyers who need custom sizes, continuous rolls for high-volume production, or uncoated paper for non-food crafts.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the 120 sheets release cleanly after baking at 450°F?

Bake a test batch of cookies on one sheet; if they slide off without oil spray and the paper shows no curling or scorching, the non-stick coating is performing as intended.

What comes in the box and is anything else needed to start baking?

The box contains 120 precut 12x16" brown sheets; no additional liners or sprays are required because the silicone coating is already non-stick and greaseproof.

Which pack should I choose if I need a single box that fits standard trays and stores flat?

This 120-count box measures 17.5 x 13 x 0.5 inches and holds flat sheets sized for most trays, so one unit covers high-volume baking without folding.
