Ready-to-use baking sheets

Baker's Signature Parchment 12x16 220 Sheets delivers 220 pre-cut sheets sized 12 by 16 inches. The unbleached wood-pulp paper carries a silicone coating that is greaseproof and waterproof. Each sheet withstands oven temperatures up to 450°F without curling or burning. Home bakers and commercial kitchens gain a non-toxic liner that releases food without added oil.

Tray fit and storage space

Verify that your baking trays accommodate the 12 by 16 inch dimensions before ordering. The sheets arrive flat in a single box weighing 1.08 kilograms, so confirm you have shelf room for the carton. No folding is required, but the packaging dimensions are not supplied. Ensure the quantity of 220 sheets matches your typical baking volume.

Durable non-stick surface

The silicone-coated wood pulp resists tearing and soaking during daily use. Food slides off cleanly, reducing cleanup time for breads, pastries, cookies and cakes. Sheets are microwave-safe and double as food wraps for takeaway or cold storage. The unbleached brown material avoids chemical bleaching and chromium-based Quilon coatings.
