Baker's Signature Parchment Sheets 120 Count

These pre-cut parchment sheets measure 16 by 24 inches and come in a pack of 120 pieces. They are made from 100 percent wood pulp with a non-toxic silicone coating. The sheets are designed for bakers and home cooks who want a reliable liner for standard trays without the hassle of cutting rolls.

Flat Box Storage and Greaseproof Performance

The sheets arrive in a handy box that keeps them flat and ready to use, eliminating the curl common with rolled parchment. Each sheet is greaseproof and waterproof, so food releases cleanly without sticking or soaking through. The 16 by 24 inch size fits standard full-size baking trays, making daily prep faster and cleanup simpler.

Heat Resistance Up to 450 Degrees Fahrenheit

The silicone coating withstands oven temperatures up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit without burning or becoming brittle. This heat rating covers most bread, pastry, cookie and cake recipes. The paper is also microwave safe, adding versatility for reheating or steam cooking. Users who need liners for air fryer baskets or muffin tins should choose a different format, as these full sheets are not shaped for those containers.
