Precut parchment sheets for half-sheet pans

Baker's Signature supplies 220 unbleached sheets cut to 12 x 16 inches. The wood-pulp paper carries a silicone coating that resists sticking up to 450°F. Home bakers and small commercial kitchens use them for breads, pastries, cookies and cakes without greasing the pan.

Check your pan dimensions before ordering

Sheets measure 12 by 16 inches and are designed for standard half-sheet pans. Verify that your trays match this footprint so the paper lies flat without trimming. The box weighs 1.08 kilograms and stores flat on a shelf.

Boxed flat sheets simplify storage and expand uses

The rigid carton keeps every sheet smooth, eliminating the curl common with rolls. Silicone coating makes the paper microwave-safe and freezer-safe, so it doubles as a food wrap for takeaway, cold storage or reheating. Greaseproof surface also keeps fried foods crisp on serving trays.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need to buy anything else to start using the parchment sheets?

The box contains 220 precut sheets measuring 12 by 16 inches, weighing 1.08 kilograms in total. No additional items are required; the sheets are ready to use for baking, wrapping or freezing straight from the package.

How do I decide between this 220-count pack and other versions of Baker's Signature parchment?

This pack supplies 220 individual sheets in a single box. Other versions may offer fewer sheets or a roll format; choose this quantity if you want a long-lasting supply of flat, pre-sized sheets that store without curling.

What does the 450°F rating mean when I put the sheets in my oven?

The sheets are tested to withstand temperatures up to 450°F without burning or curling, so they handle virtually any standard baking recipe. The silicone coating on the wood-pulp base keeps food from sticking and eliminates the need for oil spray.
