Ready-to-Use Baking Sheets

This pack contains 220 pre-cut parchment sheets measuring 9 by 13 inches. They are made from unbleached wood pulp and have a weight of 45 grams per square metre. The sheets arrive flat and stacked so you can pull one out and place it straight onto a tray without measuring or tearing from a roll.

Tray Compatibility Check

Verify that your baking trays or pans are at least 9 by 13 inches so each sheet lies flat without folding. The paper is rated for temperatures between -68 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit, so confirm your recipes stay within that range. Each sheet weighs very little and the whole pack is 0.72 kilograms, so storage space is minimal.

Silicone Coating Benefits

Both sides carry a food-grade silicone coating that is BPA free and gives the paper its non-stick, waterproof and greaseproof properties. The coating lets baked goods slide off cleanly and eliminates the need to scrub trays after use. At 45 gsm the sheets are about 15 percent thicker than 35 gsm alternatives, so they can lift a loaf without tearing.
