Baldwin Hand Rivet Nut Setter Kit 607335

This Baldwin kit provides a manual rivet nut setting tool identified by part number 607335. It is supplied new and intended for fastening tasks that require threaded inserts in thin materials. The compact dimensions of 16 cm by 8.5 cm allow it to fit easily in a toolbox or workshop drawer.

Suitable Users and Limitations

This tool suits technicians and DIY users who need to install rivet nuts by hand in metal, plastic or composite panels. It is not suited for high-volume production lines that demand pneumatic or hydraulic actuation for speed and consistency. Buyers requiring automatic feed or powered operation should consider alternative equipment.

Deciding Specification

The key specification is the manual hand-operated mechanism combined with the specific part number 607335. This defines the tool as a portable, human-powered setter rather than a powered station. Verify that your application accepts hand-lever force and matches the thread sizes supported by this model before purchase.

Questions about this item

Do I need to buy anything else to use the Baldwin Hand Rivet Nut Setter Kit 607335?

The kit includes the rivet nut setter and nosepieces for immediate use. No extra tools or consumables are required to start setting rivet nuts.

Will the Baldwin Hand Rivet Nut Setter Kit 607335 work with the rivet nuts I already have from older projects?

The included nosepieces cover common metric and imperial thread sizes, so most standard rivet nuts already in your stock should be compatible.

How can I verify the Baldwin Hand Rivet Nut Setter Kit 607335 is functioning correctly after my first few uses?

A properly set rivet nut will sit flush with the material surface, show no spinning when a bolt is tightened, and the tool's handles will return fully open after each squeeze.
