Gold Earbuds for Active Use

Bang & Olufsen Beoplay EX earbuds come in a gold finish and are built for sports and exercise. Adaptive active noise cancellation reduces surrounding sound even in windy conditions. A transparency mode lets you hear your environment when needed. Beamforming microphones deliver clear voice pickup for calls.

IP57 Waterproof Rating and Battery Life

The earbuds carry an IP57 rating, making them waterproof for workouts in rain or sweat. The aluminium charging case provides up to 20 hours of total playtime with noise cancellation active. A single charge lasts through a typical working day. Low latency audio keeps sound in sync with video.

Fit-Dependent Sound and Call Quality

Correct sound quality and call performance depend on a snug seal with the included silicone tips. If the tips do not match your ear canals, audio and microphone clarity will suffer. Buyers who cannot achieve a secure fit with standard tips should consider this limitation before purchase.

Questions about this item

How do I install the silicone ear tips on the Beoplay EX earbuds, and what step do people often miss?

Push each tip firmly onto the nozzle until it clicks; the step users miss is trying all three sizes to find the one that seals the ear canal, otherwise noise cancellation and call quality suffer.

What maintenance or replacement will the Beoplay EX earbuds need over time?

The silicone ear tips degrade with sweat and UV exposure; replace them when they lose grip or tear. The aluminium charging case hinge and USB-C port need only occasional lint removal.

What limit appears first during a long workout with ANC on?

The earbuds reach their 20-hour combined playtime ceiling before the IP57 waterproof seal or battery health becomes an issue.
