Legal-Size Archive Storage

This pack contains twelve legal-size storage boxes designed for offices that archive letter and legal documents on shelving or pallets. Each box measures 10 inches high, 15 inches wide and 24 inches deep to fit standard legal folders. The white corrugated fiberboard with blue trim includes a lift-off locking lid for secure closure. The cartons ship flat and assemble quickly with the FastFold® system.

700 lb Stacking Capacity and Recycled Content

The double-end, 1 1/2-side, double-bottom construction supports a stacking capacity of 700 lb per box when loaded evenly on shelving. Material contains 65 percent recycled content, comprising 59 percent post-consumer waste and 6 percent pre-consumer waste. Medium-duty strength handles routine archive access but is not rated for continuous heavy industrial loads or damp environments.

12-Pack Carton for Bulk Filing Projects

The twelve-box carton suits facilities planning a single large filing project or restocking multiple departments at once. Buyers needing fewer than twelve units or requiring water-resistant plastic containers will need a different product. The legal footprint and locking lid make this pack the right choice when document security and shelf density are the primary requirements.

Questions about this item

Will the 24-inch depth of these boxes fit on my existing 24-inch deep office shelves?

Yes, each box is 24 inches deep, matching standard 24-inch deep shelving units exactly.

How can I verify the 700 lb stacking capacity is holding up once the boxes are stacked?

The double bottom and double end construction resists bowing; if the box corners stay square and the locking lids align flush under a full stack, the rated capacity is performing.

Does the 12-pack carton include the locking lids or must they be ordered separately?

The 12-pack ships complete with 12 white corrugated boxes and 12 blue locking lift-off lids; nothing else is required for assembly.
