The Banner Q45BB6RQ5 is a rectangular photoelectric receiver designed for opposed-mode detection up to 60 m. It operates on a 10-30 V dc supply and provides bipolar outputs with one NPN and one PNP channel, making it suitable for automation and safety circuits that require both sinking and sourcing signals.

Detection range fixed at 60 m

The infrared sensing beam delivers a maximum sensing distance of 60000 mm, and the output response time is specified as 2 ms ON and 1 ms OFF. Repeatability is 250 µs, and a 100 ms power-up delay applies before the output becomes active. Operation is selectable between light and dark operate via the integral potentiometer.

Thermoplastic housing rated NEMA 6P

The red rectangular enclosure uses acrylic lens material and carries NEMA 6P and IP67 ratings, allowing use in wet and dusty environments from -40 °C to 70 °C at up to 90 % relative humidity at 50 °C.
