Ultrasonic sensor 100-1000 mm

The Banner T30UXUA is an ultrasonic proximity sensor designed for electricians and automation technicians who need non-contact distance measurement. It detects targets from 100 mm to 1000 mm using a time-of-flight sensing beam. The barrel housing is made from PBT material and includes LED indicators for status feedback. A 2 m cable provides the connection.

12-30 V dc analog output limits

The sensor operates on a 12 to 30 V dc power supply with a 500 ms delay at power-up. It delivers a 0 to 10 V dc analog output configured for a minimum 2.5 k? load impedance. Analog resolution is 0.1% of distance with a 0.5 mm minimum repeatability. Temperature effect is rated at 0.02% of sensing distance per degree Celsius. Discrete outputs are protected against short circuits and rated at 100 mA maximum.

PBT barrel with teach button

The red PBT barrel housing meets vibration requirements per MIL-STD-202F Method 201A and mechanical shock standards per IEC 60947-5-2 at 30G for 11 ms. A teach button on the housing allows setup without a PC. The 4-pin cable connection has no quick-disconnect option, so the 2 m cable must be routed and terminated directly. NPN saturation voltage stays below 1.6 V and PNP below 3 V at 100 mA.
