The Barco ClickShare CSE-200 R9861520NA is a wireless presentation system built for small and medium-sized meeting rooms. It lets up to two users share content from laptops, tablets or smartphones onto a central display without cables or training. Guests can connect instantly using the USB-powered ClickShare Button or the ClickShare App. The unit supports AirPlay mirroring from iOS 9.0 up to iOS 12 and macOS 10.14, plus Google Cast from Android 8.1 Oreo.

Display and network prerequisites

Your display must accept a 1920x1080 signal at 60 Hz over an HDMI 1.2 connection, as the unit provides one HDMI output and no internal screen. A wired Ethernet link runs at 100 Mbit, and the device can be powered from a standard 110/220 V AC plug or via PoE Plus. The host computer needs Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10 in 32-bit or 64-bit editions, or macOS 10.12 through 10.14. Mobile devices require Android 7, 8 or 8.1, or iOS 10, 11 or 12 for the app.

Buttons and app change the workflow

Two USB ports on the rear and one on the front accept the ClickShare Buttons that ship with the system; plugging a Button into a PC or Mac enables one-click sharing without software installation. The ClickShare App on supported phones and tablets adds wireless sharing from mobile devices and extends the same one-click experience to guests who do not have a Button. An analog audio line-out on a 3.5 mm jack and a digital S/PDIF output let you route sound to an external speaker system. The fanless design keeps operation silent in quiet rooms.
