Panel-Mount Pass-Through Fitting

The Barrow Mods TCDZS-V1-Silver is a G1/4" female-to-female pass-through fitting designed for custom liquid-cooling loops. It creates a secure, threaded port through a chassis panel so standard G1/4" fittings can be attached on both sides. The silver finish matches common loop aesthetics. It suits builders routing tubing to external radiators or adding a dedicated fill port.

Mounting Requirements and Loop Flexibility

Installation requires a 20 mm hole drilled in the panel for the G3/8" male mounting thread. The textured lock ring tightens from the rear to clamp the fitting firmly in place. Once seated, it accepts any G1/4" compression or barb fitting on either face, letting tubing pass cleanly through the panel without stress on the case wall. This frees internal space by moving radiator connections outside the chassis envelope.

Thermal Neutrality and Leak Security

The all-metal construction adds no thermal resistance to the coolant path and introduces no active noise. Normal operating pressure is contained by the dual G1/4" threads and the panel-side O-ring seal. Leak risk is limited to correct torque on the lock ring and the two tubing fittings. No electrical power is drawn and no pump load is added beyond the restriction of the fittings chosen.
