BARSKA 4x15 Rimfire Scope

The BARSKA 4x15 Rimfire Rifle Scope delivers fixed 4x magnification through a 15 mm objective lens. It uses a 30/30 reticle with fully coated optics and provides 2.75 inches of eye relief. The scope is parallax-free at 50 yards and includes standard 3/8 inch mounting rings.

Shooters needing fixed low-power optics

This scope suits competitive and recreational target shooters who want a simple, durable sight for small-bore rifles. It does not serve hunters or shooters who need variable magnification, larger exit pupils for low light, or long-range adjustment range.

Fixed 4x magnification with 15 mm objective

The single specification that decides fit is the fixed 4x power paired with a 15 mm objective. This combination sets the exit pupil at 3.75 mm and the field of view at 21 feet at 100 yards, which matches close-range rimfire use but limits low-light and long-distance performance.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the scope on my rimfire rifle and what step do people often miss?

Use the included 3/8-inch rings and tighten them evenly so the 2.75-inch eye relief stays correct; the step many miss is checking that the reticle is level before final torque.

What maintenance will the scope need after extended use?

The fully coated lenses only require occasional cleaning with a soft cloth; the 1/4 MOA coin adjustments are sealed and do not need lubrication.

At what distance does parallax become noticeable during a long shooting session?

Parallax is factory-set free at 50 yards, so any shift appears first when you shoot significantly closer or farther than that distance.
