Compact Biometric Safe

The Barska AX11620 is a compact biometric safe designed for homeowners who need quick, keyless access to firearms or valuables in tight spaces. Its fingerprint reader removes the hassle of keys or memorised codes for authorised users.

Single-user fingerprint capacity

The unit stores one fingerprint profile, so it comfortably handles individual daily access but runs out when multiple family members require independent entry. A removable faceplate reveals a backup key lock for battery failure scenarios.

Upgrade from key or combination lock boxes

This safe replaces traditional lock boxes where lost keys or forgotten combinations delay access. The jump is worth it when speed and one-handed opening matter more than multi-user management.

Questions about this item

Can the AX11620 be bolted down beside an existing wall safe?

Pre-drilled mounting holes let you secure it to a wall, shelf or countertop so it stays fixed alongside older units.

How do I verify the fingerprint reader works after installation?

Enrol a finger, close the door, then press the same finger to the scanner — the safe should open immediately.

What comes with the AX11620 and what must I supply?

The safe includes a removable faceplate with a backup key lock and mounting hardware; you only need to provide batteries for the biometric module.
