Secure Key Storage

The BARSKA CB12952 is a steel wall-mount cabinet designed to hold up to 20 keys on built-in hooks behind a glass door. It suits offices, workshops or rental properties that need organised, visible access to multiple keys in a single locked location.

Steel Construction and Finish

The matte grey steel body resists everyday wear while the right-hand opening door provides straightforward access. No power or cooling is required so the unit adds no noise or energy draw to the environment where it is mounted.

Sustained Use Behaviour

Under continuous daily use the lock mechanism and hinges maintain alignment without electronic components to degrade. The fixed 20-hook layout limits expansion so facilities planning more than 20 keys will need additional cabinets.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the 20-key lock box on a wall, and what step is often missed?

Use the pre-drilled mounting holes on the steel cabinet back. The step often missed is anchoring into wall studs or using proper wall plugs so the 20-key capacity weight stays secure.

What maintenance will the key hooks and lock need over time?

The built-in key hooks need occasional dusting to prevent grit buildup. Lubricate the lock cylinder once a year with graphite powder to keep the mechanism turning smoothly.

What limit appears first when the box is opened repeatedly each day?

The steel hinge pins and latch bolt wear first under high-frequency daily use, eventually causing the door to sag or the lock to catch.
