Power Supply for Self-Cleaning Litter Boxes

This 15 V 1 A AC adapter replaces the original power supply for Litter Robot 3 and Litter Robot 4 self-cleaning cat litter boxes. It accepts a wide AC input range of 110 to 240 V at 50 to 60 Hz and delivers a regulated 15 V DC output at up to 1000 mA. The unit is intended for owners who need a direct replacement charger for these specific devices.

Dual Plug Converter and Long Cable

A detachable converter provides both 5.5 mm × 2.1 mm and 5.5 mm × 2.5 mm DC barrel plugs, covering the two common jack sizes used across compatible Litter Robot models. The 6.6 ft cable length gives flexibility to reach distant outlets without an extension cord. The moulded strain relief and durable jacket are built to withstand daily connection cycles in a home environment.

Safety Protections Included

Integrated circuitry provides short-circuit, overload, over-voltage, over-current, over-charge and over-temperature protection to safeguard the connected litter box electronics. The adapter is rated for devices drawing 100 mA up to the full 1000 mA capacity. Buyers who need a higher amperage output or a different output voltage for other equipment cannot use this unit.

Questions about this item

What input voltage and frequency range does the AC adapter accept?

The adapter accepts an input range of AC 110-240V at 50-60Hz, making it compatible with mains supplies in most regions.

Which DC barrel plug sizes are included with the converter tip?

The converter tip provides both a 5.5mm x 2.1mm and a 5.5mm x 2.5mm plug to fit the device's power jack.

How do you select the correct plug orientation before plugging it in?

Match the converter tip to your device's jack — either 5.5mm x 2.1mm or 5.5mm x 2.5mm — and insert it fully; the adapter has no polarity switch, so the fixed centre-positive pinout must match the device.
