24V 96W Adapter for Bambu Lab AMS 2 Pro

This 24-volt AC adapter delivers 96 watts of power for the Bambu Lab AMS 2 Pro automatic material system. It accepts a wide 100-240 volt input at 50 or 60 hertz for global mains compatibility. The unit serves as a direct replacement for the Honor ADS-96HLA-19-1 24096E supply.

Barrel Tip and 1.8 Metre Cable

A fixed barrel-tip connector mates securely with the AMS 2 Pro power inlet without adapters. The 1.8 metre cord length provides enough reach for typical bench or shelf placement. No additional cables or software are bundled with this power supply.

Safety Protections and Tested Reliability

Built-in over-voltage, over-current and short-circuit protection guards both the adapter and connected hardware during faults. The housing has passed multiple rounds of comprehensive testing to ensure stable output while the AMS drying function runs. Premium materials support continuous high-efficiency operation.

Questions about this item

Does the barrel tip on the 24V 96W adapter wear out and need replacement?

The barrel tip is a fixed connector; if the plug or cable jacket becomes damaged the entire 1.8 m cord must be replaced.

What limits continuous output on the 24V 96W supply?

The unit is rated for 24 V at 96 W; sustained loads above that trigger the built-in over-current protection.

How much heat and noise does the 24V 96W adapter produce during all-day operation?

The adapter has no fan and relies on passive cooling; it runs silently and stays warm but within normal operating limits for a 96 W supply.
